Personal Diet Selection – Part 3

Please think about your past with dieting and if you can recall successes and failures and what caused them. Also think about your current eating support system. Lastly, think about your goals, what you want to accomplish with your diet and what major problems you foresee.

Please choose the thing that is 3nd MOST IMPORTANT to you with regards to your diet.

Diet Change – The kinds of food you eat right now are less than perfect. Things like sugary baked goods, candy and chips or fast food. Choose this if you’re worried about how you’ll adapt to changing the kinds of things you eat or are worried that you’ll be too hungry on a diet plan.

Fat Loss Results – You’re looking for a visible change to the way your body looks. Maybe you’ve tried a diet plan in the past and it didn’t give you any results in the right places. Choose this if your main goal is to make a difference in the way you look and to lose fat.

Feel Great – At the moment life is a pain. You might have low energy or parts that ache for no reason. You are too tired to do activities that you once loved and find yourself more and more staying in sitting around or sleeping. Choose this if you really want to rejuvenate your drive for life and motivation; if you want to feel better, be more active and be a “get up and go” kind of person.
